To honor this commitment, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled service. This ensures fairness and respect for the time of our clients and practitioners alike.

Our specialty services are provided by highly skilled therapists and, as such, are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are willing to accommodate changes to your appointment time, provided more than 48 hours' notice is given. This flexibility allows us to maintain our high standard of personalized service.

Payment Policy
For the convenience of our clients and to ensure a seamless experience, we require a valid credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card information will be securely stored on file. Packages and Vouchers
We offer specially designed treatment packages and vouchers for use exclusively at Natural Escape. These offers are intended to enhance your wellness journey, providing added value and flexibility. Please note, these packages and vouchers are valid for services only and cannot be applied towards product purchases. We endeavor to accommodate your scheduling preferences within the validity period of your package or voucher.

Late Arrivals and Cancellation Policy
Adherence to our cancellation policy is essential. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge for the full service amount. Arriving 15 minutes late or more for your appointment will result in the loss of your appointment and a charge for the full service amount. To avoid these charges, we encourage clients to provide timely notice for cancellations or rescheduling, exceeding the 48-hour minimum.

Weather Policy
In consideration of safety and community well-being, we align our winter weather closings with those of Mequon Public School and Milwaukee Public Schools. We recommend allowing extra travel time during adverse weather conditions to ensure your safe and timely arrival.

Planning Ahead
Given the challenges posed by Wisconsin winters, we request that clients exercise foresight in rescheduling appointments if there are concerns about driving in snow and ice. Providing at least 48 hours' notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client, thereby respecting the high demand and extensive waitlist for our services.

Refund Policy
At Natural Escape, we are confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products, services, and gift vouchers, and as such, all sales are final. Payments to Hold Appointments

By booking online or over the phone (excluding text), you agree to our policies, including the 48-hour late cancellation/rescheduling policy, the requirement for full prepayment for bookings, and our no-refund policy. Failure to provide proper notice for cancellations or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your full payment, without a refund. However, with appropriate notice, your payment will be converted into an account credit for future use.
