New Patient Policy

If you have not been seen in one year (365 days) or more from your last service date, you are automatically considered for an initial consultation. No exceptions. Health History/Consent Forms are required to notify any changes according to any health update is required by Liability on both parties. Natural Escape LLC is not responsible for undisclosed health information. You will be required to sign a consent form and provide an up-to-date health history every year per our policy. No new or experienced client will be able to use Natural Escape's Angel of Water/Ozone/Red Infrared Light Therapy without an initial consultation as required, no exceptions. 

Payment Policy

Prices online reflect paying in CASH or CHECK (deposited on the spot). Every service payment is due upon arrival before service is rendered. Any add on services will be charged accordingly to the schedule fee posted. ALL payments involving a (virtual/plastic) CREDIT transaction is required to pay a 5% fee onto the service fee rendered if any services is "charged". 

*As a small business, we go above and beyond to honor your privacy, concerns, and dignity. Therefore our prices only reflect the time and expenses that are endured for each service and hygienic accommodations. However, it is up to your etiquette and your discretion, as it is customary when good to excellent service is provided.*

Referrals and Reviews are encouraged and rewarded, Natural Escape LLC Wellness Begins Within, is grateful to provided a word of mouth referral or a review that can be seen to acknowledge our local detox and alternative therapy services to our community, blessed to be able to provide services since 2006. 

Cancellation Policy

We do understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided, however in line with other practices we do have a standard cancellation policy and a cancellation fee will be charged when we are given less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Also out of consideration, a 2 hour block of time is reserved, so cancellation within 24 hours bares consequence of room/service blocks.

• No Call/No Show will require a $50 Deposit + Full Service Price (initial consultation or Established Client) payment is due at scheduling, prior to Services rendered if you are in our records as a NC/NS. No exceptions and deposit will hold your follow up appointment after initial appointment is completed and paid for. The amount of deposit $50 will be put toward follow up appointment only if scheduled and completed within 45 days of initial appointment. No refunds, no exceptions, and will not exceed 45 days from last appointment scheduled and completed.  
• Cancellation within 24 hours, requires payment of half the amount of services scheduled and blocked reserved time (2 hrs) 
• Terms of No Return Policy on Services Rendered. Products only purchased through Natural Escape links can contact company directly about the policy that company honors and has no affiliation with Natural Escape for returns or refunds.
