Updated client policies

All appointments require full prepayment at the time of booking. A secure payment link will be provided and must be completed within 24 hours to confirm and hold your reservation. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Natural Escape LLC is a professional wellness practice. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, which means another client cannot be served during that time. Prepayment reflects your commitment to the appointment that has been reserved for you.

Clients with a prior no-show or late cancellation must prepay in full before any future appointment will be confirmed.

If you have not been seen at Natural Escape LLC within the previous 365 days from your last recorded visit, an initial consultation is required before receiving services.

Health History and Consent Forms are required annually and must be updated whenever there is a change in your health status or other information relevant to your wellness services.

There are no exceptions to the initial consultation requirement for clients who have not been seen within the previous 365 days before receiving Angel of Water, Ozone, or Red Infrared Light Therapy.

These requirements are in place to ensure that your current health information is reviewed before services are provided.

All new clients must complete the New Client Intake Form before receiving services.Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time for completion.

Providing complete and accurate information is the client's responsibility. Please notify Natural Escape LLC of any changes to your health information before your appointment.

We understand that life happens. We simply ask that you provide timely notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved appointment time to another client.

Required Notice

• Tuesday–Friday appointments: At least 24 hours' notice is required.
• Monday appointments: At least 48 hours' notice is required.

Monday Appointment Cancellation Deadline

Because cancellation requests are not processed during evenings or weekends, Monday appointments must be cancelled no later than 2:00 PM on the preceding Friday. A cancellation request submitted during the weekend for a Monday appointment does not meet the required notice period.

When Proper Notice Is Given

When the required cancellation notice is provided, your prepayment will be converted to an account credit that may be applied toward a future appointment. Account credits are not issued as cash refunds and must be used in accordance with Natural Escape LLC's appointment policies.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

A cancellation made without the required notice or a missed appointment is considered a late cancellation or no-show.

Late cancellations and no-shows:

• Are charged the full scheduled service fee
• Are not eligible for a refund
• Are not eligible for an account credit

Clients who have a prior late cancellation or no-show must prepay in full before a future appointment will be confirmed.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to receive your full session time.

Out of respect for clients scheduled after you, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time in their reserved appointment slot. Your session will not be extended because of a late arrival.

The full service fee remains due regardless of the length of the session resulting from your late arrival.

At the practitioner's discretion, a significantly late arrival may be rescheduled. If the appointment is treated as a cancellation or missed appointment, the applicable cancellation policy will apply.

All sales are final. Natural Escape LLC does not offer refunds for appointments, services, packages, vouchers, or other service-related purchases.

When a client provides the required cancellation notice, the applicable prepayment may be converted to an account credit in accordance with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. This is not a cash or payment refund.

Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Once booked, specialty services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Schedule changes for specialty services may be permitted when the required cancellation notice is provided. The applicable cancellation and rescheduling policy will determine whether the prepayment may be converted to an account credit.

By booking, you agree to our 48-hour cancellation policy, prepayment requirements, and no-refund policy. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the payment, though it can be credited for future use with proper notice respecting the 48 hour policy.

Packages and vouchers are for services only, non-transferrable, and non-refundable. They cannot be applied to products.

Packages and vouchers cannot be booked online and must be scheduled directly. 

By booking an appointment, you are entering into a commitment. You agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and complete health information at the time of booking, and update that information if your health status changes before your appointment. Natural Escape LLC & True Vitality LLC is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
• Honor your scheduled appointment time. Your session begins and ends at its reserved time regardless of your arrival. Late arrivals do not extend the session and the full service fee remains due.
• Accept financial responsibility for your reserved appointment. By booking and submitting prepayment, you acknowledge that the time and service have been prepared and held exclusively for you. All charges are final. Disputes, chargebacks, or reversals initiated against valid charges under this policy are considered a violation of this agreement. Natural Escape LLC & True Vitality LLC reserves the right to refuse future service to any client who initiates an unauthorized dispute.
• Understand that no-shows and late cancellations are not eligible for refund or credit, as outlined in Section 2 of this agreement.

These situations will incur a full charge for the scheduled service, with no exceptions or refunds.

We will contact you and announce a weather closure first due to safety and equipment considerations. We also apply District Notifications for Mequon-Thiensville Public School, Ozaukee County, and Milwaukee Public Schools closures during winter. Always allow extra time for travel during adverse weather and reschedule, if necessary, with at least 48 hours' notice.
