Updated client policies

If you haven't been seen in the last 365 days, from the last recorded visit, you will need an initial consultation. Health History and Consent Forms are required annually, and all health updates must be disclosed. No exceptions for using Angel of Water, Ozone, or Red Infrared Light Therapy without an initial consultation.

To ensure a seamless experience, all new clients must complete the New Client Intake Form provided in your appointment confirmation email at least 2 hours before your session. If this isn't possible, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete it in person. 

Prices online reflect credit card processing, cash or check payments (deposited on the spot). Payment is due upon arrival. Add-ons are charged according to the posted schedule. Tips for exceptional service are appreciated, yet respectfully, at your discretion. Referrals and reviews are encouraged, rewarded, and appreciated. 

• We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) will result in the loss of your appointment and a full charge.
• Payment details will be securely stored for convenience when booking.
• Prepayment option available via invoice, with payment required within 24 hours of scheduling to avoid cancellation penalties.

Once booked, specialty services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Schedule changes can be made with at least 48 hours' notice. 

Packages and vouchers are for services only, non-transferrable, and non-refundable. They cannot be applied to products.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on services, products, or gift vouchers.

These situations will incur a full charge for the scheduled service, with no exceptions or refunds.

We will contact you and announce a weather closure first due to safety and equipment considerations. We also apply District Notifications for Mequon-Thiensville Public School, Ozaukee County, and Milwaukee Public Schools closures during winter. Always allow extra time for travel during adverse weather and reschedule, if necessary, with at least 48 hours' notice.
