Yes, all new clients are required to complete a New Client Intake Form. The form will be sent in your appointment confirmation email and must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. If this isn’t possible, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the form in person. 

Prices listed online reflect payments made by cash or check. Credit card payments incur a 5% fee. Payment is due upon arrival, and any add-ons will be charged as per the posted schedule. Tips for exceptional service are appreciated but optional. Referrals and reviews are always encouraged.

• No Fee: If you notify us 24 hours (Monday-Thursday) or 48 hours (Friday-Sunday) in advance.
• 50% Charge: If you cancel less than 24 or 48 hours before your appointment time.
• Full Charge: For same-day cancellations or no-shows.
• No Show/No Call: A $50 deposit and full service fee are required for future appointments.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for half of the service and reserved time.

Yes, your payment details will be securely stored for convenience during future bookings.

Please arrive on time to ensure you get the full duration of your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, it will decided if you will lose time for treatment or your appointment is surrendered and you be charged the full service fee as it is still a scheduled appointment within the 24 hours of cancellation policy. .

We follow Mequon-Thiensville Public School and Milwaukee Public Schools closures during the winter months. If these schools are closed, our cancellation policy still applies unless stated otherwise. Always plan for extra travel time during adverse weather, and reschedule if necessary with at least 48 hours' notice.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on services, products, or gift vouchers.
